Sometimes the best you can do with anxiety is to manage it, as opposed to trying to cover it up. If the anxiety (or worry) is reality based, prayer and meditation, creative engagment, music and physical activity, sharing with trusted others and exposure to nature can be of enormous benefit. But pretending that a reality-based source of worry does not exist is not the way to go. To face a problem courageously is the best way to go, utilizing the tools I have mentioned, or similar ones that work for a person.
