Dreamed a tyrant is trying
to tell Linda how to live
and adding a little manipulative twist
The same thing has happened to me
We may be old but we’re not stupid
We take it all in but continue
making our own decisions
Sometimes it takes two
to recognize a pattern
That’s why good people
must reach out to each other
In a vacuum our vision
can become distorted
