Character Ed. is usually aimed at school kids. But adults need it just as badly, perhaps even more so. Here are some of the points relevant to adulthood:

*Refuse to be a propagandist; be a truth-teller.
*Don’t pretend you know something if you don’t.
*Realize that everyone must come to their own sense of truth.
*Make an effort to look at both sides of an issue.
*Acknowledge your own faults; we all have them.
*Realize that jealousy is a very powerful emotion; don’t allow it to consume you.
*Yelling at someone is counterproductive; violence even more so.
*Seek justice for yourself AND others.
*Realize that materialism can bring you to a place of nothingness inside.
*The old “Golden Rule,” prominent in virtually every religion: treat others as you want to be treated.
